Linden Capital and its predecessor company have been working with tax credits since 1996. Over that time our team of experienced professionals has worked on approximately $3.5 Billion of transactions involving tax credit equity, partnering with industry leaders in federal and state low-income housing (LIHTC), historic rehabilitation (HTC), renewable energy (RETC), and new markets (NMTC).
